A FOIA request is a written request to inspect and copy the public records of the Smyrna School District. Public records are any written or recorded information produced or compiled by the District that relate to its operations and purpose. Public records do not include personnel and student records; that information is protected by law from public access. 

    Requests for Public Records may be submitted to the Superintendent's Office. When requesting public records, please be specific in your description of the types of records, dates, parties to correspondence, subject matter, etc. you seek. The Smyrna School District will make every reasonable effort to assist you.
